What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@atmeshop.com with your order details. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — we won't be able to accept them. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
When will I get my order?
For orders within the EU, allow 2–7 business days from dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–12 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
How do I find my size?
